Mix Powder - biradmin - 10-03-2022
This is a BIR Mix Powder Recipe that can be used and will give successful results. It is one that has been used since the late 90's. There are many versions of mix powder and each chef tries to make it their own, some will add more coriander as an example while others may use more or less Cumin powder and the ratios may be different
Ingredients
9 tbsp Turmeric Powder
9 tbsp Coriander Powder
8 tbsp Mild Madras Curry Powder
6 tbsp Cumin Powder
2 tbsp Paprika Powder
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli Powder
2 tbsp Garam Masala
Method
Mix all together and your BIR Mix Powder is ready to use straight away, keep in an air tight jar/container.
