Raita - biradmin - 09-27-2022

Raita is a great fresh and cooling dish. You can create this dish by following the recipe below.

Ingredients.

250g of greek yoghurt
1 handful coriander
1 green chilli
1 1/2 tsp mint sauce
4 heaped tsp of mango chutney
1 1/2 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp of yellow food colouring
100ml of milk

Method

1. Add all ingredients with the exception of the yoghurt to a food processor and bllitz for a few seconds
2. Add the yoghurt to a bowl then add the contents of  the food processor and stir until well mixed
