Onion Salad - biradmin - 09-25-2022
The following is the recipe for Onion Salad often provided with pappadoms but is sold separately and is great to have with many dishes
Ingredients.
1 Medium white onion
1/3 Medium red onion
2 Medium Tomatoes (Sweet tomatoes)
5cm lenth of Cucumber
1.5 tsp Colemans Mint Sauce
1tbsp Fresh coriander
Method
1. Finely dice the white onion
2. Finely dice the red onion
3. Scoop out the centre of the tomatoes and discard. Finely dice the remainder of the tomatoes
4. Finely dice the cucumber
5. Finely schop the coriander
Place all the above in a bowl and add the mint sauce
Mix all together and enjoy with some crispy poppadoms, onion bhaji o Samosas
