You can purchase them ready made but they have additives which change the taste. The following recipes gives the ingredients and method to produce your own.Garlic Paste Garlic Paste Simply place peeled cloves of garlic into a blender and add vegetable oil up to the level of the garlic in the blender. Then blend to a smooth paste. The finished paste can be kept in a fridge for 3-4 days or frozen in ice cube trays. Garlic/ginger Paste. Ingredients: 1 cup fresh peeled garlic cloves 1 cup skinned fresh ginger 1/2 green pepper (capsicum) 1 handful fresh coriander stalks 4 green finger chilli's 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup water Method: Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth |
