Welcome to the forum. Our intention is to enable you to cook the food you enjoy from Indian restaurants and takeaways by providing the recipes used but more importantly for you to  be able to get the taste by following the cooking methods.

There are no secrets, no secret ingredients but restaurants and takeaways do keep their mix powders to themselves and have their own variations on common dishes

We will also provide videos to help you succeed.
